The perfect Scrambled Eggs
I have lived for almost 27 years and two weeks ago I made the best scrambled eggs in my life.
And I love eggs.
I use 3 eggs for one portion.
I love eggs.
I crack them directly into a saucepan.
Add some butter. Quite a lot.
Turn on medium heat and start whisking.
Do not stop whisking.
I love eggs.
Take it off the hob, whisk, put it back on, whisk, take it off, whisk.
Do not overcook you...
